What You Need to Know

1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Registration & Security

Each player may hold only one gv99 account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances or pending withdrawals held within them. If you suspect that a duplicate account has been created in your name without your consent, please contact our support team immediately.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. gv99 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access that occurs due to your failure to keep login details secure. • Notify gv99 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
• Do not share your password with third parties, including friends, family, or gv99 staff. gv99 staff will never ask for your password.
• Update your contact information promptly if your email address or mobile number changes to ensure you continue to receive important account notifications.

gv99 may, at its sole discretion, request identity verification documents (Know Your Customer, KYC) at any stage of your account lifetime, including at the point of withdrawal. Failure to complete KYC within the specified timeframe may result in temporary restriction of account functionality.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals
